That Festival Life’s Essential Festivals 2018

15 May, 2018 | Festivals

Dun dun dun… Can’t believe it’s that time again? HOW DID SUMMER COME AROUND SO QUICKLY!? I haven’t even finished like, any, of my reviews from last year yet (still incoming ;))

It’s a funny old festival season for me as this year, as it is for a lot of people with no Glastonbury or Secret Garden Party it’s not the carbon copy summer we’re used too.. this year I’ve also got a full time job to work around… eek!

Arcadia 10th Anniversary Festival

London – May

Went on a work school bus trip to the Sunday of the might Arcadia’s tenth anniversary 3 stage extravaganaza! Fiery inner city shennanigans at their best.

Love Saves the Day

Bristol – May

The official opening to my summer every year I’m back again at Bristol’s best two day festival with my Fashpack crew painting faces and selling clothes… come and find me in the all new Love Games area.

Field Day

London – June

Inner city vibes again but with a Friday line-up like that I can’t miss it  – Erykah Bladdy Badu is headlining!

Leicestershire – June

I’m not doing Meadows in the Mountains for the first time in forever which is pretty heart breaking but a trip to the mighty Download has been well overdue. Rock n roll is what I grew up on and I can’t miss the chance to see Guns n Roses again!!

Love International

Croatia – June/July

So pleased to be ticking this off my bucket list after my friends have been going for years and years. Very much looking forward to a week sunbathing in the Adriatic Sea before I get onsite at…

Winchester – August

Of course! I’ll be on site for 3 weeks working and how much of the festival I’ll actually get to see remains to be seen of course.. but my gosh is it exciting! The amount they’ve got going on this year is mind boggling, check out the line-up posters here.

Northampton – August

And of course to finish off the summer I’ll be back at the small but perfectly formed Shambala with ma Fashpack babes!

And hopefully a couple more I’ve got my eyes on & maybe a wee winter jaunt too…!
